Terms and Conditions for Overnight Stay

(Scope of application) Article 1

  • Accommodation contracts and related contracts that HOSTEL Chura CABIN (hereinafter referred to as "this hostel") concludes with guests shall be in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, and matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be subject to laws and regulations. or in accordance with generally established custom.

(Application for accommodation contract) Article 2

  • Those who wish to apply for an accommodation contract with this hostel must provide the hostel with the following information:
    (1)Name of guest,Tel,Address,sex,age
    (2) Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival
    (3)For foreigners, name, nationality, passport number
    (4)Other matters deemed necessary by this hostel

    2. If a guest requests to continue staying beyond the accommodation date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, the hostel will treat the request as having been applied for a new accommodation contract at the time the request is made. To do.

(Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.) Article 3

  • The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the hostel accepts the application set forth in the preceding article.However, this does not apply if it is proven that the hostel did not give consent.

(Refuse to conclude accommodation contract) Article 4

  • Our hostel may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.
    (1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
    (2) When there are no rooms available due to full occupancy.
    (3) When it is deemed that there is a risk that the person seeking accommodation may engage in acts that violate the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation.
    (4) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to fall under any of the following A to C.
    B. Organized crime groups as defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime groups").)     (6) When the person seeking accommodation is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.
    (7) When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is demanded.
    (8) When accommodation is not possible due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
    (9) In other cases where the regulations of the applicable prefecture where the hostel is located fall under.

(Guest's right to cancel contract) Article 5

  • Guests may cancel their accommodation contract by notifying the hostel.
    2. If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest, the hostel will charge the following penalties.
    If you cancel on the day or do not stay without contacting us:100% of room rate
    The day before:50% of room rate
    From 2 days to 7 days prior:20% of room rate
    3.If the guest does not arrive by 23:00 on the day of accommodation without contacting the hostel, the hostel may treat the accommodation contract as having been canceled by the guest.

(Right to cancel contract with this hostel) Article 6

  • Our hostel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
    (1) A guest engages in an act that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation.
    When it is recognized that there is a risk, or when it is recognized that the same act has been committed.
    (2) When the Guest is deemed to fall under any of the following A to C:
    b) Boryokudan,gang member,Associate members of organized crime groups, persons associated with organized crime groups, and other anti-social forces
    b) When the organized crime group or organized crime group member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities.
    c) Corporations whose officers are members of organized crime groups
    (3) When a guest engages in behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
    (4) When the guest is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.
    (5) When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is demanded.
    (6) When accommodation is not possible due to reasons caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
    (7) Smoking in the bedroom (including electronic cigarettes), mischief to fire equipment, etc., and other matters at our hostel.

    2. When the hostel cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest will not be charged for accommodation services that have not yet been provided.

(Registration of accommodation) Article 7

  • Guests must register the following information at the front desk of our hostel on the day of their stay.

    (2)For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry, and date of entry
    (3) Departure date and scheduled departure time
    (4)Other matters deemed necessary by this hostel
    2. If the Guest intends to pay the charges set forth in Article 11 using a method that can replace currency, such as an accommodation voucher or credit card, the Guest must present these in advance at the time of registration as set forth in the preceding paragraph.

(Room usage hours) Article 8

  • Guests may use the guest rooms of our hostel from 15:00 to 10:00 the next morning.However, if you stay for consecutive nights, you can use it all day except for the day of arrival and the day of departure.
    2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, this hostel may accept guest rooms for use outside of the hours specified in the same paragraph.In this case, the following additional fees (per person) will be charged by the day before.
    (1) 700 yen for up to 30 minutes
    (2) 1400 yen for up to 1 hour
    (3) 2800 yen for up to 2 hours(After that, you will be charged a nightly rate.)

(Compliance with usage rules) Article 9

  • Guests must abide by the usage rules established by the hostel and posted within the facility while inside the hostel.

(Business hours) Article 10

  • The business hours of the hostel's main facilities are as follows, and detailed business hours of other facilities will be announced in the pamphlets provided, on notices in various locations, and in the service directory in the guest rooms.

    2. The time stated in the preceding paragraph may be changed temporarily if necessary.In that case, we will notify you by an appropriate method.

(Payment of fees) Article 11

  • Payment of the accommodation charges, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made by cash, credit card, or other alternative method at the front desk at the time of the guest's departure or when requested by the hostel.
    2.Even if the guest voluntarily chooses not to stay after the hostel has provided a guest room to the guest and the guest is able to use the room, the accommodation fee will still be charged.

(Responsibility of this hostel) Article 12

  • This hostel will compensate the guest for any damage caused to the guest due to the performance or nonperformance of the accommodation contract and related contracts.However, this does not apply if the damage is not due to reasons attributable to the hostel.
    2. This hostel has inn liability insurance in order to deal with the unlikely event of a fire.

(Handling when contracted guest room cannot be provided) Article 13

  • If the hostel is unable to provide the guest with the contracted room, the hostel shall, with the consent of the guest, arrange for other accommodations with the same conditions as possible.

(Handling of deposited items, etc.) Article 14

  • It is the responsibility of the guest to manage goods, cash, valuables, etc. brought into the hotel by the guest.
    2. The hostel will not be held responsible for any loss, breakage, or other damage to goods, cash, or valuables brought into the hostel by the guest, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the hostel. We do not owe.

(Storage of guest's baggage or personal effects) Article 15

  • If the guest's baggage arrives at the hostel prior to their stay, the hostel will be responsible for storing it for a fee only if the guest's baggage is approved by the hostel before the guest's arrival, and will hand it over to the guest when checking in at the front desk. To do.
    2.If the guest's baggage or personal effects are left behind at the hostel after the guest has checked out, and the owner is found, the hostel will contact the owner and notify the owner. (Parking Responsibility) Article 16

  • When a guest uses our hostel's parking lot, regardless of whether or not the vehicle key is entrusted to them, our hostel rents out the space and is not responsible for the management of the vehicle.

(Responsibility of Guest) Article 17

  • If our hostel suffers damage due to the guest's intention or negligence, the guest will be required to compensate our hostel for the damage.
